Growing Together from the Start

Grow Together Foundation traces its beginnings to 2019, when a collaborative initiative called Let’s Grow Together – Growing with Grace brought leaders from civic and community organizations together in support of the local community.

What began as a shared service project revealed something powerful: when groups work as one, their collective impact multiplies.

That experience sparked a broader vision.

Grow Together Olathe was created as a central hub where residents could find support, connect with meaningful opportunities, and collaborate with organizations already serving the community. It became a connector, a resource, and a catalyst for coordinated kindness.

As the work expanded, so did the mission.

Today, as Grow Together Foundation, we continue to build on those roots by developing structured initiatives such as Celebration Boxes and Project North Pole that help families feel supported, celebrated, and seen within their local community.

We remain proud of where we started—and intentional about where we are growing.
